A rental pool facility has been set up to provide a comprehensive turn key service for those investors who wish to rent their apartment(s) with the minimum amount of administration.

This facility is a very simple, effective and efficient rental service option. We the Silver reef management will take care of all the administration for you.

Owners who take up the rental pool facility option enjoy the following benefits:

Under this service, we the guarantee the payment of all condominium management service charges. Owners need not be concerned with the payment or administration of this charge we will take care of this for you.

Similarly the payment of apartment insurance is guaranteed and once again owners need not concern themselves with the setting up or renewal of insurance as we will take care of all these arrangements on your behalf.

Owners are obviously free to enjoy the use of their apartment at any time (subject to availability) and arrangements are in place to enable owners to do so at a reduced rental rate (for tax reasons it is of greater benefit for owners to contribute a payment than not, for the rental of their own apartment).

Rental Pool Administration

All rentals of apartments in the pool will be managed by our dedicated team of rental professionals. Prospective long term tenants will have the appropriate references taken up and scrutinised and rental payments collected. Any small repairs of servicing that is required will be undertaken on owners behalf and any repairs or servicing above an agreed level will be carried out with the owners’ approval.

Members of the rental pool share in the profits of the rental income generated (in excess of the service and insurance charges).
